This report will reflect my actions and observations <br />during the investigation. <br />·----------- <br />On Sunday, June 23, 2013 at 0807 hours, I responded to 800 S. Townsend Street reference an Officer <br />Involved Shooting. I arrived on scene at 0811 hours and was directed to take a perimeter position at <br />Raitt and Townsend. Once the scene was contained, I was directed by Sgt. Craft to respond to the east <br />alley of 800 S. Townsend. I responded to the alley and assisted with setting up crime scene tape and <br />crowd control.
