Eric Paulson. <br />"When they confronted the woman an officer-involved shooting occurred,'' Paulson <br />said. Paramedics rushed the woman to an area hospital, where she was <br />pronounced dead at 8:55 a.m., he said. "There was a handgun recovered in the <br />alley that did not belong to the police,'' the police commander said. "It was <br />unknown if she shot or did not shoot at the officers.''
