GUTIERREZ requested I <br />respond to 622 South Harbor Boulevard, in the city of Santa Ana, to assist with the <br />investigation. <br />At approximately 1618 hours, I arrived at the incident location and met with <br />investigators from the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and the Santa Ana Police <br />Department who were present to assist in the investigation. <br />At approximately 1631 hours, SAPD Acting Sergeant OLIVER GRANT conducted a briefing <br />of the known circumstances surrounding the incident for the personnel involved in the <br />investigation. <br />After the briefing, GUTIERREZ requested that I conduct canvass interviews with SAPD <br />detective FRANK GOMEZ.
