TANNER # 252 Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 07/31/13 Date: 08/23/2013 <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />vehicle southbound towards the building. did not observe or hear the shooting <br />incident. <br /> <br /> At approximately 1500 hours, was seated in the northwest corner of Café Lu. <br /> observed a police officer park on the north side of Jugos La Tropicana and exit the vehicle <br />southbound towards the Jugos La Tropicana building. did not observe or hear the <br />shooting incident. <br /> <br /> arrived at the business at approximately 1630 hours, after the shooting incident <br />occurred, and did not see or hear the shooting incident. <br /> <br /> is an employee of Café Lu and was working at 1500 hours, the approximate time of <br />the shooting incident. observed police activity in the east parking lot, but was not a <br />witness to the shooting incident nor did she hear anything relating to the incident. <br />At approximately 1810 hours, Orange County District Attorney Investigator DEAN <br />FULCHER spoke with the owner of Jugos La Tropicana located at, <br />622 South Harbor Boulevard in the city of Santa Ana. FULCHER was given verbal consent by <br /> to collect the digital video recorder (DVR) portion of the security system at his <br />business as evidence. <br />At approximately 1830 hours, FULCHER removed the DVR. I took possession of the DVR <br />from FULCHER and transported it to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office where it was <br />booked into evidence. The item booked into evidence is listed below: <br />• 1-Swann brand DVR serial number # 2452305110403 with power adaptor.
