GUIDRY’s handgun was pointed at the torso of a male, later <br />identified as HANS ARELLANO. After the gunshot, saw ARELLANO take a few steps <br />toward GUIDRY, and then collapse to the ground. did not hear any commands or <br />communication between ARELLANO and GUIDRY. <br /> At the time of the shooting incident, GUIDRY and ARELLANO were standing close to the <br />north door of the Jugos La Tropicana store, located at 622 South Harbor Boulevard, in the city <br />of Santa Ana. GUIDRY and ARELLANO were standing approximately six feet apart, facing each <br />other, with GUIDRY facing east, and ARELLANO facing west. could not see <br />ARELLANO’s hands. <br /> did not see how GUIDRY and ARELLANO ended up in front of Jugos La <br />Tropicana, and described ARELLANO as appearing bigger and stronger than GUIDRY. <br />
