On July 30, 2013, at the time of the shooting incident, stated he <br />“heard the shots,” but was on the opposite side of the Jugo’s La Tropicana building, between <br />the dental office and Alex’s Arcade, just north of the McDonalds Restaurant at 666 South <br />Harbor Boulevard. did not have a direct view of where the shooting incident occurred, <br />and stated, he was “not a visual eye witness” or a “direct eye witness” to the shooting incident. <br />I asked if he would meet with me for a formal interview in person that evening. <br /> agreed to meet with me at 1700 hours, but just prior to the scheduled meeting <br />called me back and cancelled saying he was, “stranded in Costa Mesa.” then agreed to <br />meet with me the following morning. <br />ORANGE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE <br />BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION <br />INTERVIEW REPORT
