A <br />physical fight between them ensued and and ARELLANO fought with each other until <br />both of them were in the west bound lanes of West McFadden Avenue. ARELLANO punched <br /> rendering him unconscious. When regained consciousness, a short time <br />later, he was lying on his face in the first lane of traffic on McFadden Avenue and ARELLANO <br />was kicking and hitting him over his body. When the altercation ended, and <br />ARELLANO went their own way. <br /> ’s right foot and wrist were injured during the altercation with ARELLANO. <br /> said “a piece of meat” came off of his foot as a result of the altercation in the street. <br /> never had any prior contact with ARELLANO prior to their altercation with <br />each other. was not a witness to the shooting incident.
