EXHIBIT 1 <br /> Brent Beasley <br /> 811 International Vice President <br /> United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers Local 220 <br /> Brent is a 39 year member of Roofers and Waterproofers Local 220. He got his <br /> start roofing at Owen Pacific, he attended the Tri-Counties Roofers Apprenticeship <br /> until he became a Journeyman. He was a foreman for 10 years at Owen Pacific <br /> Roofing before moving on to run work at San Marino Roof Co Inc. He was previously <br /> on the Executive Board and served as Sergeant at Arms and Business Agent <br /> before being elected to the position of Business Manager/Financial Secretary of <br /> the United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers, and Allied Workers Local 220. Brent has <br /> also served as President and Secretary of The Western Regional District Council of <br /> Roofers and Waterproofers. <br /> Aside from his professional life, he has experience working on different boards and <br /> committees relating to labor and the construction trades. At this time Brent is the <br /> chairman of several boards, including the Pacific Coast Roofers Pension Trust, Union i <br /> Roofers Health and Welfare Trust, Union Roofers Annuity Trust, and the Southern i <br /> California Roofers and Waterproofers Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee. I <br /> Brent is also a past president of the United Labor Agency of Orange County, currently a , <br /> Vice President of the Orange County Labor Federation, has sat on the Santa Ana <br /> Workforce Development Board since 2004, is on the Executive Board of the California <br /> State Building and Construction Trades Council as well as the LA/OC Building and <br /> Construction Trades Council, and is the Vice President of the Rampart Business ` <br /> Community Association. <br /> i <br />
