EXHIBIT 2 <br /> Working Wardrobes <br /> Supportive Services Policy Guide <br /> Effective 7/1/2025 <br /> Purpose <br /> Supportive Services are provided to assist participants in overcoming documented employment- <br /> related barriers that prevent participation in program services,training,Work Experience (WEX), <br /> job search activities, or employment retention. Supportive Services are a temporary intervention <br /> and are not intended as general financial assistance. <br /> Supportive Services: <br /> • Must be directly connected to the participant's employment or training goal <br /> • Must be documented in the participant service plan and case notes <br /> • Are provided on a case-by-case basis <br /> • Are contingent upon funding availability and program eligibility <br /> • Are not an entitlement and are not guaranteed <br /> Eligibility and Determination of Need <br /> Working Wardrobes utilizes a holistic service approach that recognizes employment success is <br /> impacted by basic needs stability.Supportive services may be provided when a participant's <br /> immediate needs to create a documented barrier to participating in program services,training, <br /> Work Experience (WEX),interviews,or employment. <br /> Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must demonstrate a clear connection between <br /> the requested support and the participant's ability to participate in their employment plan. <br /> Supportive services may be approved when: <br /> • A barrier to participation or employment is identified <br /> • The service directly enables participation in program activities <br /> • The participant is actively engaged in services <br /> Supportive services maybe denied when: <br /> • The need is not related to employment participation <br /> • The participant is not engaged in services <br /> • Funding is unavailable <br />
