Maintenance of this Manual and Exceptions <br /> In order to ensure this manual accurately reflects the financial policies and procedures followed <br /> by HB, the Executive Director and the Director of Finance undertake an annual review of this <br /> manual. The Finance Committee, on behalf of the Board of Directors, must approve changes and <br /> updates to the fiscal policies. In certain cases, exceptions may be made to policies and procedures <br /> contained in this manual.
