In addition, OCCTAC Case <br /> Managers will maintain close communication with WEX worksite in <br /> order to verify youth's attendance. <br /> Youth will then complete timesheets to the best of their knowledge <br /> and sign them. Signatures may be completed in-person or through a <br /> pre-approved electronic signature program. <br /> At the end of every month, youth must turn in signed timesheets to <br /> Coordinator. <br /> Paycheck Information: WEX youth will receive payment twice a <br /> month. <br /> Duration and Length of WEX Activity: <br /> Based on the availability and needs of WEX youth, work experience <br /> should be a minimum of 6 weeks and not exceed 45 weeks or 900 <br /> hours unless approved by Program Manager. <br /> Staff of Santa Ana Workforce Development Board may approve WEX <br /> waivers of the 900-hour limitation policy. Waiver requests must be <br /> submitted in writing. Youth may not exceed the 900-hour limit prior <br /> to the date of waiver approval. <br /> Rate of Pay and Payment: <br /> During Stipend WEX youth will receive $125.00 for every 10 hours <br /> completed for the first 40 hours of work experience.
