EXHIBIT 1 <br /> 2. The Complainant must file his/her appeal as a request for review directly with the Chief <br /> WID within ten (10) calendar days after the receipt of the Santa Ana LWDA's decision. <br /> 3. The Chief-WID, shall issue a decision no later than thirty (30) calendar days after receipt <br /> of the request for review. <br /> 4.
