NSURAM_'E'A RLE <br />N-2025-287-01 <br />-- <br />OTY CLER <br />DATA: JUN 11 2026 <br />OMv (61) <br />G�grcic+ (DZ) FIRST AMENDMENT WITH MILAGRO MEDIA STRATEGIES TO PROVIDE <br />COMMUNICATIONS AND MEDIA RELATED SERVICES <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on June 8, 2026, <br />by and between Milagro Media Strategies ("Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city <br />and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of <br />California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2025-287, dated December 1, 2025, by which <br />Consultant agreed to provide strategic public relations support to enhance the City's public <br />communications capabilities ("Agreement"). <br />B. The term of the Agreement commenced on December 25, 2025 and runs through June 30, <br />2026. The not -to -exceed amount stipulated in Section 2 of the Agreement is $49,800. The <br />Agreement is current and in -effect. <br />C. City and Consultant entered into the Agreement to continue an uninterrupted access to <br />services stemming from Agreement #N-2025-173, entered into by the Parties on June 25, <br />2025. Agreement #N-2025-173 expired on December 24, 2025 and compensation for <br />Agreement #N-2025-173 was set at a not -to -exceed amount of $49,800, <br />D. The Parties, by way of this First Amendment, confirm that the total amount expended under <br />Agreement N-2025-173 did not exceed $15,000. <br />E. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to decrease the not -to -exceed amount of the <br />Agreement to $ ] 0,000. Once amended, this Agreement, along with Agreement #A-2025-173, <br />will establish that compensation expended with the Consultant did not exceed compensation <br />amount allowable under the City Manager's Authority provided in Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />Section 2-748(a). No other changes are contemplated by this First Amendment. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />Section 2, Compensation, is amended to decrease the not -to -exceed expenditure under the <br />Agreement by $39,800. The total amount to be expended during the term of this Agreement <br />shall not exceed $10,000. <br />2.
