City of Santa Ana <br />Grant Agreement No. G25-073 <br />Page 4 <br />Standard Provisions <br />1���irL1] C7 C� �:ZIZl17�1 <br />Before beginning construction, the grantee shall submit a detailed work program to the Executive <br />Officer for review and written approval of its consistency with the purposes of this grant <br />agreement. The work program must include: <br />1. Construction plans and specifications. that have been certified by a licensed architect or <br />registered engineer, or approved by the grantee's Public Works Director. <br />2. A schedule of completion for the project specifically listing the date for completing each <br />project component and showing how the project will be completed by the completion date. <br />3. A budget that identifies how the grantee will use the funds granted under this agreement, <br />including the labor, materials, contractor, and indirect costs to be paid for with the funds <br />granted under this agreement ("work program budget"). <br />VI. SIGNS AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT <br />A. Submittal of Signage & Acknowledgement Plan <br />Prior to beginning the project, the grantee shall submit, for review and written approval by the <br />Executive Officer, a plan for acknowledging Conservancy support for the project through signs <br />and other methods ("Signage & Acknowledgement Plan"). <br />B. Contents of Signage & Acknowledgement Plan <br />The Signage & Acknowledgement Plan must include all of the following: <br />1. Acknowledgement of the Conservancy's support in the grantee's project -related press <br />releases, contacts with the media, and social media postings, and on its website. <br />2. Installation of one or more signs that: <br />a. Identify the project; <br />b. Acknowledge Conservancy support; <br />c. Display the Conservancy's logo consistent with specifications provided by the <br />Conservancy; and <br />d. Direct the public to the public access components of the project <br />
