Compensation rates listed herein are inclusive of applicable <br /> Memorandum of Understanding salary increase provisions. <br /> Section 4. The Santa Ana City Council hereby approves the updated Salary <br /> Schedules for the Santa Ana Management Association (SAMA), Seasonal Part-Time, <br /> Service Employees International Union Full-Time (SEIU FT), and Service Employees <br /> International Union Part-Time (SEIU PT) units, attached to this resolution as Exhibit A, <br /> reflecting classification and compensation amendments per this resolution and previously <br /> approved City Council resolutions and bargaining unit agreements, and grouped by <br /> employee unit, as recommended by CalPERS, and in compliance with CaIPERS <br /> California Cade of Regulations section 570.5. <br /> Section 5. That except as amended by this resolution, all other provisions of the <br /> City's classification and compensation plan shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> Section 6.
