On 3-12-19 at approximately 0348 hours, I responded to the west alley of 1818 S. Evergreen for CSI on an OIS. On <br />arrival, I met with Sgt. Lizardi #2629, who requested that I collect a black bicycle that possibly belonged to suspect <br />Oscar Alvarado-Penaloza. I observed the bicycle to be a black, beach cruiser, no serial number, which was lying on <br />its side in the alley near the enclosed garages of 1818 S. Evergreen. I was assisted by Officer Collard who <br />transported the bicycle to the station for me at approximately 0406 hours and then relinquished the bicycle to me at <br />the station approximately 0421 hours. The bicycle was then booked into the bike locker at SAPD.
