Rodriguez <br />#2836 regarding an officer-involved shooting that had just occurred within the city of Santa <br />Ana. Sergeant Rodriguez requested that I respond to the scene at 1800 S. Cedar Street in <br />order to assist with the investigation. <br />2245 hours: <br />I arrived at the scene of the incident and checked in with Santa Ana Police Department <br />Patrol Officer J. Peralta #3602, the designated scene scribe. <br />2325 hours: <br />Santa Ana Police Department Patrol Sergeant O. Lizardi #2629 conducted an on-scene <br />briefing of the incident.
