He also provided me a copy of <br />a search warrant, which was signed by the Honorable Judge Nancy Zeltzer on March 18, 2019. The <br />cellular phone is listed on the search warrant to be searched. <br />I responded to the Orange County Regional Computer Forensic Lab in an attempt to unlock and extract <br />data from above listed phone. At approximately 1156 hours, I opened the evidence package containing the <br />phone. The phone was not able to be unlocked.
