Alcala to establish a perimeter <br />using crime scene tape. I assisted by establishing a perimeter using the tape in the east alley of 1800 S. Cedar Street. <br />I was then directed to conduct a canvas of the area for any evidence. I continued to hold the perimeter for further <br />investigation. <br />At approximately 0055 hours on 3-12-2019, I was relieved from the scene at the direction of Sergeant O.
