I arrived on scene and was instructed to standby a bicycle located in the <br />alley that was possibly involved in the incident. I was later instructed by Sergeant J. Mendoza #2934 to transport <br />Orange County Probation Officer L. Ibarra to the station. I left the scene at 2155 hours.
