Narrative: Narrative On Monday 03/11/2019 at approximately 2109 hours, I responded to the area of 1818 S. Evergreen in order to assist Officers with an officer involved shooting. Upon my arrival, I established a perimeter location at the intersection of Edigner/Cedar blocking all southbound traffic on Cedar at Edinger. I remained in this position until approximately 0305 KRXUV ZKHQ , ZDV FOHDUHG E\ 6HUJHDQW /L]DUGL On 03/12/2019 at approximately 0310 hours, I relocated to the area of Occidental/Cedar where I assumed duties as Scribe for Officer Peralta #3602, completing the Crime Scene Log. At approximately 0350 hours, the scene was FOHDUHG E\ 6HUJHDQW /L]DUGL I later responded to the Santa Ana Police Department to transcribe the Crime Scene Log Report.
