03-11-19 at approximately 2100 hours, I responded to assist the Santa Ana Police Department Gang Detail with an <br />Officer involved shooting. I assisted by maintaining a crime scene on Occidental Street, Cedar Street and Evergreen <br />Street. While at the scene I contacted several residents in the area and attempt to locate witnesses. I did not locate <br />ZLWQHVVHV DQG QRQH DSSURDFKHG PH <br />When checking the area, I notice an overwhelming amount of Delhi Criminal Street Gang graffiti on Evergreen Street <br />and alley way areas.
