Santa Ana Police <br />Department <br />60 Civic Center Plaza -- Santa Ana, <br />CA, 92701 <br />Supplemental Report <br />Case No. <br />2019-05804 <br />Incident Activity Summary: <br />Stolen/Recovered: (Report-wide)$0.00 $0.00 <br />Narrative: Narrative <br />On 3-11-19 at approximately 2100 hours, I was working uniformed patrol in a marked SAPD vehicle. I responded to <br />the area of 1818 S. Cedar St. reference an officer involved shooting that had just occurred. I arrived on scene at <br />approximately 2108 hours, and assisted by setting up perimeter tape along the south perimeter of Occidental from <br />Evergreen to Cedar. I was then tasked with transporting Detective Corporal Alcala #3226 from the scene back to the <br />Santa Ana Police station at approximately 2135 hours. At approximately 0245 hours, I responded back to the scene to <br />transport a SAPD vehicle from the scene back to the station. I left the perimeter at approximately 0250 hours. At 0325 <br />hours, I responded back to the scene and was then directed to relieve officer at OC Global Hospital at 0327 hours. I <br />remained at the hospital with the suspect involved until I was relieved by daywatch officers at approximately 0620 <br />hours.This concluded my involvement with the investigation. <br />S.
