Program staff will coordinate scheduling and participation <br /> for all partner-led activities to ensure alignment with program goals and participant <br /> needs. <br /> All program materials, outreach, communication, and participant-facing materials will <br /> comply with California Volunteers branding and messaging requirements, and the City <br /> is fully committed to participating in all required trainings and curriculum activities. <br /> Through this budget structure, the City ensures that the majority of funding directly <br /> supports youth wages and services while maintaining the staffing and operational <br /> capacity necessary to deliver a high-quality, accountable, and impactful youth <br /> employment program. <br /> 8 <br />
