Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Approve plan and promotion elements <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon completion of the promotion. <br />Task 5-C: Leveraged Promise Drives <br />Objective: <br />Explore. opportunities through the ROC Steering Committee to partner with key county <br />organizations to help drive community-wide emergency preparedness pledges. <br />Task Description: <br />Work with the ROC Steering Committee to target the OC Fair, Angels and the Ducks for no- <br />cost and/or in-kind support for the ROC campaign. The scope of these drives will be <br />proportional to the ability of the committees (or Corporate Advisory Council) to leverage <br />relationships to minimize or eliminate promotional and/or sponsorship costs. Currently, there is <br />no UASI grant funding allocated to the 2011 ROC campaign budget. Minimally, ROC can <br />establish some type of canvassing effort at each venue to drive emergency awareness, <br />promote the Pledge to Prepare and capture pledges. <br />Responsibilities: <br />WBC shall: <br />a. Work with ROC Steering Committee and/or Corporate Advisory Council to support <br />inquiries as appropriate <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Criteria will be established pending resource commitment <br />from a sponsoring organization. <br />Task 6: Corporate Advisory Council <br />Objective: <br />Manage group of business and community leaders who have experience in emergency <br />response and/or marketing and engage them in supporting ROC. <br />Task Description: <br />The council will be designed to bring leaders together to help provide opportunities, <br />extensions, and ongoing support for ReadyOC. <br />Responsibilities: <br />See sub-tasks for specifics. <br />rl <br />25H-22
