In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />recommended action is exempt from further review per Section 15301. This <br />Class 1 exemption allows the licensing of existing facilities with no <br />expansion of the existing use. Categorical Exemption Environmental <br />Review No. 2010-112 will be filed for this project. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana after conducting <br />the public hearing hereby approves the modifications to Conditional Use Permit No. <br />2008-35 as conditioned in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated as though fully <br />set forth herein.
