The Station District Project C. GENERAL DEMOGRAPHIC AND HOUSING CHARACTERISTICS According to the 2000 U.S. Census, the population of the City of Santa Ana is 337,977, and the population of the impacted Census Tract 744.05, Block 1006 is 167, (see Table 1), Tract 750.02, Block 1002 is 41, (see Table 2) & Tract 744.05, Block 3005 is 142 (see Table 3). Corresponding Census data concerning the housing mix is shown in Tables 4 - 6.
