<br />heirs, successors, execators and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
<br />The condition of this obligation is such that if the above baundcd Principal, his or its heirs, executors,
<br />administrators, successors ox assigns, shall in ail things stand to and abide by, and well and trrtly keep and
<br />perform the covenants, wnditiotrs and pxavisians in the said agreement and arty alteration thereof made as
<br />therein provided, on his or their part, to be kept arrd performed at the titre and izt the tnantter therein specified,
<br />and in all respects according to tlrcit true intent and meaning, and shall indemnify and save harnrless City, its
<br />ofixcers, agonts and employees, as therein stipulated, then this obligation shall become null a,nd void; othstwvise it
<br />shall. be and remain in full force and effect.
<br />As part of the obligation secured hereby and in addikion to the face amount specified thcrefnr, there shall be
<br />included cosh and reasonable e:rpenses and Tres, including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred by City in
<br />succesafirlly enforcing such obligation, all to be taxed. as casts and included in arty judgtttent rendered.
