DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND LOAN AGREEMENTS - <br />BUSHAND BIRCH STREET PROPERTIES <br />Legal notice published in the O.C. Reporter on August 23, 2010 and August 30, 2010. <br />Recommended action approved by the Community Redevelopment and Housing <br />Commission on August 17, 2010, by a vote of 4-0, (Verino absent). <br />CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: <br />1. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the Deputy City <br />Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a loan agreement subject to <br />non-substantive changes approved by the Deputy City Manager and City <br />Attorney. <br />AGMT -With Santa Ana WBBB, LP in an amount not to exceed $500,000, for <br />217-219 South Birch Street <br />2.
