Ms. <br />Linnaus discussed the design for the exposed elevator as well as stairwells <br />which are visible from First Street. They will be encased with metal louvers to <br />update the architecture. She stated that the cloth awnings and marquis will be <br />removed. Discussion held on horizontal banding at the roof level. Ms. Linnaus <br />indicated that the panels will have a splash of color to avoid monolithic color of <br />the building. Commissioner Betancourt requested renderings for commission to <br />view. <br />Commissioner Yrarrazaval expressed support for the project and stated that the <br />new investment in the building was welcomed. <br />F.
