<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ARTICLE II <br /> <br /> 2.0 NON-DISCRIMINATION CLAUSE <br /> <br /> <br /> 2.1 The City and the Union agree that they shall not discriminate against any employee <br /> because of race, color, sex, age, national origin or alienage, sexual orientation, political or <br /> religious opinions or affiliations, or union membership, and that all jobs are open to <br /> males and females.
