MODERN DANCE <br />Ages 14 yrs & Up <br />$40.00/MONTH <br />It encompasses a wide range of movement styles and techniques. It provides an outlet for free <br />expression without the boundaries accompanied with more classical, traditional forms of <br />movement. In this class student s will be surrounded by helpful and enthusiastic company <br />members that will test the limits of each individual. <br />INSTRUCTOR: MCC Dance Studio Co. Staff <br />LOCATION: Memorial Center, 2101 S. Flower St., Santa Ana, (714) 571-4242 <br />DAY TIME <br />Thu 7:00 PM - 8:45 PM <br />LI'L HIP-HOP/HIP-HOP <br />$30.00/MONTH <br />All Ages <br />Hip -Hop is a blend of today's high-energy "street style" movement. This class will challenge <br />students' fitness and creativity levels as they move and groove to the latest dance music. <br />INSTRUCTOR: MCC Dance Studio Co. Staff <br />LOCATION: Memorial Center, 2102 S. Flower St., Santa Ana, (714) 571-4242 <br />DAY TIME <br />Tue 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM <br />2) The classes will be held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at Memorial Center. <br />3) Provider will provide and be responsible for equipment, records, and personnel and clean up <br />of the facilities and materials necessary to ensure the safety and effectiveness of said instruction. <br />4) If Provider allows others to teach his/her class, those teachers must be over 21, have obtained <br />and maintain an instructor rating, and be covered by Providers' insurance. Provider shall provide <br />City with documentation to verify instructor and insurance requirements. <br />CLASS SIZE <br />1) Each class must have a minimum of 5 paid students and no more than a maximum of 30. <br />2) No registration will be accepted after the second meeting of class. <br />3) In the event the minimum number of enrollees is not realized by the second meeting of the <br />class, the class shall be canceled. Provider will be under no obligation to provide services and the <br />City will have no obligations to pay Provider compensation <br />CLASS FEES <br />1) Each participant shall pay a $25.00/$30.00/$40.00 registration fee per month, depending on <br />the class attended. Anticipated revenue from this class is $15,750.00. <br />2) No refunds will be made to participants after the first week of class unless the class is <br />cancelled by the City. <br />7 <br />
