Changes to the codes must be adopted by the City <br /> Council as the code reviewing body for City agencies and departments. <br /> Pursuant to State requirements, we have reviewed the Code for each City agency. The City's <br /> Code has been revised to include new positions added since the last code review, delete <br /> positions that have been eliminated or whose duties do not include making or participating in <br /> governmental decisions, and modify the Disclosure Category for some positions as indicated in <br /> the attached resolution.
