<br />records, which such persons deem pertinent to the-agreement, for the purpose afconducting
<br />art audit, evalu.atian, ar a~a~ninatian, or n~al~ing transcripts during the periods ofretention set
<br />forth in the R.ecordslConfdentiality paragraph of this ~greem.ent and the premises in-which .

<br />and ~ernptions necessary far the provision of.the services hereunder and required by-the
<br />lays and regulations ofthe ~Jnited States Deparnent of~iealth artd u,an services, state of
<br />California, County and any other applicable gvvern~mental agencies.
<br />B. County shall catnply with all laws, rules or regulations applicable to the services
<br />provided hereunder, as any may noun exist or be hereafter changed. These lags, rules, and
<br />regulations shall include, but not be limited to the fallowing:
