ARTICLE XXVI <br />26.0 TERM OF AGREEMENT <br />26.1 The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2012. <br />26.2 If this Agreement is not replaced by a new mutually-agreed upon <br />Agreement between the City of Santa Ana and CASA before June 30, 2012, <br />then it is agreed that all provisions of this MOU shall remain in effect until <br />mutual agreement is reached on a new Memorandum of Understanding. <br />CONFIDENTIAL ASSOCIATION OF SANTA ANA(CASA) MOLI: 2010- 2012 Page 69
