Housing Authority Annual Plan <br />And Administrative Plan <br />April 2, 2007 <br />Pace 2 <br />The Annual Plan Exhibit 1 provides detailed information about the <br />current operations of the Housing Authority, including programs, <br />participants, services for the upcoming year, and any operational or <br />tenant concerns. The Authority is required to review its existing <br />operations and needs on a yearly basis with input from a Tenant Advisory <br />o = ittee comprised of HCV participants. The Tenant Advisory Co remittee <br />met on December 9, 2006, to review the Plan for fiscal year 2007-2008. <br />There were 7committee members in attendance. As per regulations, all <br />cc = ents. from the December- 9 cc = ittee meeting are incorporated into the <br />Annual Plan. <br />The Administrative Plan serves as .supporting documentation for the Annual <br />Plan. The Authority's Administrative Plan Exhibit 2 was last adopted <br />n March 1, 2 0 0 4. The Administrative Plan must be revised to ensure <br />compliance with regulatory changes mace by HUD and policy and rocedur <br />chances proposed by the Authority. The rain changes included language on <br />the Enterprise Income Verification system and the violence Against women <br />Act that was passed by congress in 2006. <br />HUD regulations require a -clay comment period. On January 9, 2007, <br />notification was published that the draft plans were available for <br />review. The public co=ent period ends March 6, 2007.
