<br /> <br /> 15. *Dot and **SVP code books will be used to determine length of OJT period. The training time <br /> may not be longer than the SVP Code allows; however, contractors are encouraged to negotiate <br /> shorter training periods whenever applicable. <br /> 16. OJT trainees shall not number more than 401/o of the EMPLOYERS work force. <br /> 17. All EMPLOYER training payments (reimbursements) must be exclusive of any and all <br /> EMPLOYER fringe benefits, paid holidays, paid sick days and overtime compensation. <br /> 18. The participating EMPLOYER must keep an accurate and up-to-date time sheet for the OJT <br /> trainee. <br /> 19.
