The parties entered into Service Agreement #N- 2007 -047, dated March 15, 2007, (hereinafter "said Agreement"1 <br />by which SAMBA has provided access to FleetWatch. a pacerless method of checkin¢ DMV records for <br />employees. <br />!3. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the covenants contained in said Agreement_ the parties wish to <br />amend said A¢reement to add additional funds. <br />WHEREFORE. in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement_ and subject to all the terms and <br />conditions ot'said A¢reement_ the parties a¢ree as follows: <br />1 . Section 2. COMPENSATION. shall be amended to add additional funds of 525,000. <br />2.
