Execute an agreement with California State Library in the amount of <br />$69,987 for an 18-month term funded through the Library Services <br />and Technology Act Grant (LSTA). <br /> <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment <br />(Requires five affirmative <br /> <br />votes). <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 10-005 – Recognizing $69,987 in <br />the LSTA Connect to Your Future Grant revenue account and <br />appropriate same to the Library expenditure account <br /> <br />25I AGMT – CABLING SERVICES – With Pacific Coast Cabling for a two-year <br />period with options to renew for two additional one-year terms, in an amount <br />not to exceed $95,000 per year – Finance & Management Services Agency <br /> <br />25J AGMTS – TEMPORARY TECHNICAL CONTRACT AND CONSULTING <br />SERVICES – Finance & Management Services Agency – Execute <br />amendments increasing total compensation $ 3,590,000 and extending the <br />term for one year term or until the funds are expended with the following <br />vendors: <br /> <br />1. Concorde Consulting, Inc. <br />2. SoftMaster, Inc. <br />3. The Comdyn Group, Inc. <br />4. Telfords <br /> <br />25K AGMT – INSTALL AUTOMATIC DOOR OPERATORS AS PER THE <br />AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT – Community Redevelopment <br />Agency <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: <br /> <br />1. Execute an agreement with Stanley Access Technologies in the <br />amount of $36,000. <br /> <br />2.
