1. Amend the Fiscal Year 2010-2011 Community Development Block <br />Grant program to increase the Parks, Recreations and Community <br />Services Agency allocation by $2,500 from FY 2009-10 <br />unexpended funds for a total allocation of $58,500. <br /> <br />2.
