APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT AND AGREEMENTS FOR THE FEMA <br />PRE-DISASTER MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM AT ST. JOSEPH <br />HOSPITAL <br /> <br />Recommended Action: <br /> <br />1. Approve an appropriation adjustment <br />. ((Requires five affirmative <br />votes) <br /> <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENTNO. 08-091-Accepting Federal <br /> <br />Emergency Management Agency Pre-Disaster Mitigation Program <br />grant funds in the amount of $6,000,000 in revenue account and <br />appropriate the same to expenditure accounts for seismic mitigation <br />projects at St. Joseph of Orange Hospital’s Main and East/West <br />. <br />Buildings <br /> <br />2. Adopt a resolution. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana authorizing the execution of Federal Emergency Management <br />Agency (FEMA) Pre-Disaster mitigation projects for St. Joseph Hospital <br />of Orange – Main Building and East/West Wing <br /> <br />3. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute <br />the following agreements, subject to non-substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br />AGMT - Between the City and St. Joseph Hospital of Orange in the <br />amount of $6,000,000 to pass through Federal Emergency <br />Management Agency funding for seismic mitigation projects at the St. <br />Joseph facility. <br /> <br /> <br />GRANTS/APPLICATIONS <br /> <br />21.A. FY 2007 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE GRANT <br /> <br />Recommended Action: <br /> <br />1.
