Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute <br />agreements with the following Youth Program Operators for <br />Program Year 2008-09 for a total of $828,073 - Community <br />Development Agency <br /> <br />? <br /> AGMT – With Christian Latino Association of Music and Arts <br />to provide training in music technology, work experience, job <br />preparation, tutoring, and job placement for ten Out-of- <br />School Youth in an amount of $48,230, through June 30, <br />2009; <br /> <br />? <br /> AGMT – With Orange County Children’s Therapeutic Arts <br />Center to provide tutoring, job preparation, work experience, <br />and job placement for fifteen Out-of-School Youth in an <br />amount of $107,000, through June 30, 2009; <br /> <br />? <br /> AGMT – With Orange County Conservation Corps to provide <br />on-the-job training, tutoring, job preparation, and job <br />placement for Out-of-School Youth in an amount of <br />$114,174, through June 30, 2009.
