Approve the proposed fiscal year 2009-2010 Community <br />Development Block Grant Program as amended. <br /> <br />2. Authorize the City Manager to submit the approved program to the <br />United States Department of Housing and Urban Development <br />(HUD) for the City's fiscal year 2009-2010 allocation of Community <br />Development Block Grant funds and execute the grant agreement <br />with the United States Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development. <br /> <br />3.
