All graffiti must be removed within 24 hours of <br />occurrence. <br />7. Provide a Closed Circuit Television System (CCTS) approved by the <br />Police Department. The CCTS shall be capable of viewing and recording <br />events in the rear parking lot, and shall have a resolution which will clearly <br />identify individuals for later identification. <br />8.
