TRANSIT ZONING CODE: Arehitectural Standards -Building Types <br /> Sec. 41-2023. Lined Block Building Type <br /> (a) Lined block is a building that conceals a public garage or other faceless buildings, designed for <br /> ~ occupancy by retail, service, or office uses on the ground floor, with upper floors also configured <br /> \ ~ for such uses or residences. <br /> (b) Lot Width and Depth. The minimum lot width shall be 125 feet and the maximum lot width shall <br /> t <br /> be 300 feet. This area shall be equal to 15 percent ofthe lot and shall be open to the <br /> r~~~ v - ~ sky. Courtyards may be located on the ground or on a podium.
