Set Public Hearing For_ <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />Receive and file the staff report approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2010-14 as conditioned. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On September 13, 2010, the Planning Commission adopted a resolution approving Conditional <br />Use Permit No. 2010-14 as conditioned by a vote of 7:0 to allow parking for a coin-operated <br />Laundromat facility in the Two Family Residence with a B suffix (R2-B) zone at 827 South Main <br />Street, Suite B. The Planning Commission made no changes to the recommended conditions of <br />approval outlined in the attached staff report (Exhibit A). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />J .
