Amendment Application No. 2010-01 <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2010-15 <br />September 13, 2010 <br />Page 5 <br />CEQA Compliance <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed project is exempt from <br />CEQA review per Section 15332, class 32. Class 32 exemption allows infill development projects <br />occurring on lots less than five acres, where the site has no value as a habitat for endangered <br />species, is adequately served by all required utilities and public services, will not result in any <br />significant effects relating to traffic, noise, air and water quality and is consistent with the applicable <br />general plan, zoning and other policies.
