Jwf 9/29/1 O <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010- <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA RESCINDING AMENDMENTS MADE ON <br />JUNE 21, 2010 TO RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -023, <br />REPEALING SECTIONS 1C, 1D, 4 & 5 OF RESOLUTION <br />2010 -043 AND ESTABLISHING THE ADULT SOCCER <br />RESERVATION SURCHARGE FOR FY 2010 -2011 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 : The City Council hereby, finds, determines and declares as <br />follows: <br />A. On June 7, 201 O, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2010 -023 <br />revising certain fees as set forth in the City's Miscellaneous Fee Schedule; <br />and, <br />B. On June 21 , 201 O, the City Council amended Resolution No. 2010 -023 to <br />reduce the Adult Soccer Reservation Surcharge; and, <br />D. On September 7, 201 O, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2010- <br />043, among other things, further revising the Adult Soccer Reservation <br />Surcharge to impose it upon a per day basis rather than on a per game <br />basis; and, <br />E. In light of procedural irregularities regarding the votes by certain council <br />members on Resolution Nos. 2010 -023 and 2010 -043, the City Council <br />desires to rescind its actions on June 21 , 201 O and September 7, 201 O <br />and reconsider the actions regarding the Adult Soccer Registration <br />Surcharge. <br />Section 2: Amendments made to Resolution No. 2010 -023 on June 21, 2010 <br />are hereby repealed and shall be of no further effect. <br />Section 3: Sections 1 C, 1 D, 4 & 5 of Resolution No. 2010 -043 are hereby <br />repealed and shall be of no further effect. <br />Section 4: The City Council hereby amends the Adult Soccer Reservation <br />Surcharge from $28.18 per game to $14.00 per day.
