Discussion of proposed Minter Court Project (601-613 East Santa Ana <br />Boulevard) as a test case for the proposed Santa Ana Renaissance Specific <br />Plan Design Standards (50 minutes) <br />Associate Planners Lucy Linnaus and Pedro Guillen provided a presentation on <br />the development of courtyards within the Renaissance Plan standards. <br />Brian Lucas with Prime Urban provided a discussion of the Minter Court urban <br />development as a example of adaptive re-use and applicability of the development <br />standards. <br />Public Comments: <br />Jackie Deter voiced concern with overflow parking to the St. Joseph Church. <br />Julie Stroud inquired about amenities for Downtown Lofts and Santiago Lofts <br />pending the Renaissance Plan approval. <br />Mike Tardiff voiced concerns for the industrial businesses built prior to the <br />implementation of the Renaissance Plan codes. <br />F.
