Mr. Trevino and Mr. Kaufman provided <br />information. <br />• Inquired about closure of Washington Street within the Renaissance Plan. <br />Planning Manager Haluza provided information. <br />Commissioner De La Torre <br />• Inquired about policy for ABC license developments that are in close <br />proximity to private schools. Santa Ana Police Officer McCoy provided <br />information. <br />Commissioner Gartner <br />• Requested an update on the relocation of the Twist-Basler House at 1015 <br />North Broadway to the Cabrillo Park Tennis Center. Mr. Trevino provided <br />information. <br />Chair Leo <br />• Recommended monitoring activity at Ware Disposal. <br />• Requested that Public Works review the meter lights entering the 22 <br />Freeway from Harbor Boulevard/Bristol Street that are on all weekend; <br />also would like Caltrans' cooperation to cleanup along the freeways. <br />• Encouraged staff to get information to the public regarding maintenance of <br />potholes throughout the city. <br />• Inquired about activity on Fairhaven and Grand Streets parking lot. <br />Planner Manager Haluza will follow up. <br />• Encouraged Commissioners to attend outreach meetings for the <br />Renaissance Plan. Staff recommended that since meetings are city- <br />sponsored to notify the Commission Secretary of commissioners' <br />attendance. <br />8. Excuse of Absences <br />Commissioner Alderete made a motion to excuse the absence of Commissioner <br />Betancourt; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Gartner and <br />unanimously approved by the Commission. <br />9.
